a transformative high-rise waste management solution
JunkJet is engineered to remotely unclog and eliminate waste build-up in garbage chutes.

ABOUT
JunkJet is a specialized grinder, meticulously engineered to navigate through garbage chutes in high-rise structures, and seamlessly unclog and eliminate waste build-up. Unlike traditional solutions that often necessitate breaking into walls and undergoing extensive, costly repairs, JunkJet operates without any such disruptions. The technology preserves the chute’s structural integrity, and prevents potential degradation that can arise from many extensive repairs.
JunkJet is a robotic device that is both innovative and user-centric. It can be controlled effortlessly by a user-friendly joystick, allowing operators to skillfully maneuver the device within the intricate confines of the chute canal.
In the event of an obstruction, the device’s advanced sensors promptly detect the clog, and the built-in camera provides operators with a live visual feed to assess the nature and extent of the blockage firsthand.
To address a variety of obstructions, the device comes equipped with two modular tips: a precise pair of scissors and a grip mechanism. Depending on the specific nature of the clog, operators can attach the appropriate tip to the device, ensuring efficient and effective unclogging performance every time.
For residents and tenants of high-rise buildings, JunkJet provides an enhanced living experience. By ensuring a seamlessly operating garbage disposal system, it actively addresses common concerns brought on by clogged chutes, such as odor and trash build-up.
Building owners find substantial value in adopting JunkJet, as it elevates the property’s appeal to potential tenants or residents by emphasizing cleanliness and effective waste removal, and also translates to significant savings by reducing repair costs. Additionally, the building’s workforce, from property managers to janitorial staff, benefit from a more efficient and less labor-intensive waste management system, prompting a more gratifying work environment.
